AI 4 Photography Studios ("we", "us") helps newborn, baby and milestone photography studios run AI-powered receptionist, marketing and client-care workflows. We take the privacy of your studio and your clients seriously.

What we collect

Studio information you provide (business name, contact email, payment information), client information you upload (parent name, email, baby's birth date, session preferences), and call/email content generated through SARA and Rebook Baby. We do not sell any of this information.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to deliver the services you've requested: answering inquiries, sending milestone emails, optimizing ad campaigns, and reporting results to you. We use aggregated, de-identified information to improve our products.

Subprocessors

We use industry-standard providers (cloud hosting, voice infrastructure, email delivery, analytics). A current list is available on request.

Your choices

You can request export or deletion of all studio and client data at any time by emailing privacy@ai4photographystudios.com.

Cookies

Our marketing site uses minimal cookies for analytics. You can disable them in your browser without affecting service.
