1. The Service

AI 4 Photography Studios provides AI-powered receptionist, follow-up, reputation and advertising services to photography studios. These Terms govern your use of those services.

2. Free Trial

Your 14-day free trial is exactly that: free. We will not bill you during the trial. If you choose not to continue, simply let us know — no card needed up front.

3. Subscriptions

After the trial, subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. No long-term contracts.

4. Client data

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share your clients' information with us. We will only use that information to provide the services you've requested.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use our tools to spam, deceive, or harass anyone. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll let you know via email at least 30 days before any material change takes effect.
